Coaching is more about your thinking and choices. I’ll ask questions, help you get clear on what you want, what’s in the way, and support you to decide what feels right and follow through in a way that still sounds like you.

We’ll have our discovery call and then I would typically ask for one ad-hoc (paid) 60 minute session.
After we’ve discussed all of your requirements, I will create a proposal for you with pricing and payment plan options.
I’ve done this with several clients ranging from 9 to 16 session packages with enhanced inter session support.

The commitment is for the whole amount, but I’m able to offer a monthly payment plan.
This does not mean that you can decide to stop after X months. The agreement between us will be for the whole amount.

An investment of this nature is not cheap, but you will need to consider what it is costing you not to make progress in your particular scenario.
You will have answers and a clear direction at the end of our time together. Depending on the help you need, you may have achieved the original goal completely!
