FAQs

  • Coaching focuses on moving forward from where you are now, not processing past trauma or mental health issues. We work on specific workplace challenges and career goals using practical frameworks and strategies.

  • Mentoring is more directional. I’ll draw on my experience, tell you what I’d do, and offer practical suggestions, wording, and options to consider.

Coaching is more about your thinking and choices. I’ll ask questions, help you get clear on what you want, what’s in the way, and support you to decide what feels right and follow through in a way that still sounds like you.

  • You can do either.

The three session package enables you to work on whatever you like from a coaching or mentoring perspective, whilst my signature programme - Clear Conversation Mastery goes deeply into all of the aspects of the CLEAR Method over six longer sessions to give you these skills for life.

  • We’ll have our discovery call and then I would typically ask for one ad-hoc (paid) 60 minute session.

After we’ve discussed all of your requirements, I will create a proposal for you with pricing and payment plan options.

  • The commitment is for the whole amount, but I’m able to offer a monthly payment plan.

This does not mean that you can decide to stop after X months. The agreement between us will be for the whole amount.

  • It depends upon the work we’re doing together, but most clients notice a difference in their confidence levels within the first few conversations using the CLEAR Method.

Lasting change in communication patterns typically develops over 2-3 months of consistent practice and coaching support.

  • My framework and programmes focus on being direct and professional, not confrontational.

You'll learn to advocate for yourself while maintaining relationships and showing respect for others' perspectives.

  • They are not cheap and any investment in yourself and your development has to be considered.

However, you also need to consider how much it is ‘costing’ you not to make significant changes. Only you can decide that.

  • My CLEAR Method doesn't guarantee the other person will say yes - it guarantees you'll be heard clearly and professionally.

Most "failed" conversations actually achieve more than people realize, and we work together to evaluate outcomes objectively.
